For example, if you have a laptop, and desktop computer – The only thing you have to do is start by signing up on Dropbox’s Web site, download, and install Dropbox to the computer you want to sync files. This creates a new folder called “My Dropbox” in your Documents folder, and a system tray icon that lets you open it with just a double-click. Simply drag, and drop the files into the Dropbox folder, and because of its simplicity, this software is very easy to understand. It works even when offline, and you can always have your files anywhere, and anytime you want it.
